My Story

For over a decade, I have worked in health research, both in academic settings & in the public sector. I specialise in patient experience and maternal health. I have worked with people in NHS settings with various conditions, including brain injury, stroke, psychosis and chronic fatigue. For many years, I have also worked in a voluntary capacity for a charity which supports women engaged in sex work.

Though I began my career in a more scientific role, I found myself being more & more fascinated by people's stories. The human brain is spectacular! In addition, like many therapists, I was drawn to this profession because of my own challenging life experiences. This led me to embark on a transformational process with a wonderful therapist to whom I am eternally grateful. I am most inspired by connection and our shared humanity. It is such a privilege to be let in to people's lives and I respect it tremendously.
